Walk-in visits are welcome during office hours; for a guaranteed appointment with a specific advisor, a brief call or email ahead of your visit is appreciated. For clients who are overseas or in Nairobi, video consultations are available by arrangement and carry the same standard of preparation as an in-person meeting. Our advisors read and respond to email and WhatsApp messages personally — you will not encounter an automated reply system at Alphajriver.
